CWEE has helped me build my self-esteem. I feel worthy and inspired to do something positive everyday. Because of my wonderful experience at CWEE, I’m able to share it with others.

As part of their training, CWEE participants are eligible to participate in an internship. Internships provide an excellent opportunity to train and try out an employee before committing to an expensive hiring process. Internships are generally 12 weeks, part-time and unpaid. Length can be modified to fit the needs of your organization.
CWEE participants go through a variety of trainings in preparation to enter the workforce. Our participants are versed in Microsoft Office applications, typing, soft skills for employment such as workplace communication skills and conflict resolution. Additionally, participants receive basic academic skills and GED training.
