CWEE has developed strong relationships with a variety of employer partners in the Denver metro area. An employer partner ideally supports CWEE by:

• Finding sustainable employment for a participant within their company
• Contacting CWEE when a staffing need arises
• Using CWEE to prescreen and prepare staff for open positions

CWEE has recently started an Employer Advisory Council to advance our mission and goals. The EAC is comprised of employer partners, human resource professionals, and hiring managers in a variety of industries. Through quarterly meetings, the Council advises CWEE on how to best align CWEE programming to fit business needs. Additionally, the Council provides CWEE Employment Services critical feedback and ideas on how to best serve the needs of both the business community and our participants in regards to workforce issues. They are a full-service hiring company. Nextaff attends CWEE events and contacts CWEE first with short-term employment opportunities. Nextaff holds hiring events and consistently approaches CWEE to find qualified individuals for job openings.

They are instrumental in assisting CWEE alumni employees as they enhance their customer service skills and professionalism. CWEE is their first stop when hiring for new positions. Savers works closely with CWEE staff to problem solve any issues that arise with employees they hire from CWEE.
