Once employed, participants receive on-going support for up to two years after graduating from CWEE. Keeping Employment is the fifth and final phase of CWEE's program.
Case managers are available to address questions and concerns, resource assistance, budget planning, and will work with participants and employers to find suitable compromises when issues arise on the job. CWEE offers participants support in updating resumes and gaining job promotions as well.
