CWEE has helped me build my self-esteem. I feel worthy and inspired to do something positive everyday. Because of my wonderful experience at CWEE, I’m able to share it with others.

The forum and relaxed atmosphere is unbelievably impressive, not to mention the level of professionalism your client's exude.
– Candace Carpio, Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center

I began volunteering at CWEE for Zonta, a women’s service organization. I fell for the people and the work, and when asked to work part-time with GED students, I said “Yes!” So I am getting paid for what I love to do! I have had a wonderful and varied career in many disciplines: education, public relations, public health, training, women’s health and interior design. I am creative and love helping people grow.
For fun? I write. I dance. I hike. I quilt by hand. I host small and large parties. I cook. And I love working on house projects--painting, mowing, planting, repairing, designing. The love of my life is my 29-year-old son who is an architect in Boulder.
