One of the highlights of my year is taking pictures of the women and men of CWEE. I have the utmost respect and admiration for the graduates of this program, and especially the Alumni Award Winners.

For the past few years, my firm has been fortunate enough to provide various legal services to CWEE participants. I very much enjoy working with the participants and the support they receive from CWEE personnel is extraordinary.

Because the job seekers have been pre-screened by CWEE staff we know they possess the skills we need. We need entry level, but someone who has the skills to move forward.

I joined CWEE in 1998. Before CWEE I worked in the human resources departments of national natural foods markets. I have also worked in the community mental health system and volunteered for multiple women’s advocacy non-profit organizations.
CWEE is the perfect place for me to combine my professional experiences with my personal mission to utilize my core values and passion for growth and equality to lead individual and systems change.
Outside of CWEE I’m good at finding humor, swimming and yoga. I can also do this weird thing where I wrap my right hand all the way over and around my head and then touch my right earlobe with that hand – hard to explain without a visual.
