Tutoring at CWEE on Fridays is the highlight of my week. Knowing that I was a small part in the success of a GED candidate is incredibly rewarding.

From going through a divorce with 5 kids and losing my house and job all at once. When I started to go to CWEE I realized that people do still care and want to help. It made me feel strong and not to give up.
– Mary, Alumni Award Winner 2006
Presenting at CWEE is an enjoyable and worthwhile experience. The participants are fun, interactive and willing to learn.
– Linda Hicks, Premier Members

I earned my Bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Colorado and before joining CWEE, spent three summers abroad helping low-income individuals move toward self-sufficiency. It is my goal to create a safe and supportive environment that allows each participant the opportunity for personal and professional growth. I feel it is a privilege to serve others and I genuinely enjoy working with the participants at CWEE and watching them reach their full potential. I excel in my ability to communicate effectively and consider my strength of being able to understand and bridge gaps with culturally diverse populations to be my greatest asset.
Outside of CWEE, I spend most of my free time with my family and friends. I enjoy all that Colorado has to offer and take advantage of the 300 plus days of sunshine by spending time outdoors skiing, golfing, and walking my dogs.
