Case Management Supervisor
I manage our Arapahoe County contract, supervise a team of four and manage the post-TANF caseload. Prior to CWEE, I had a career in child development. I ran a family childcare home, directed a preschool program and taught in a preschool classroom for Head Start. My Head Start position gave me such satisfaction working with low-income families that I eventually made the transition into case management for Jefferson County Family and Career Services. I’m really good at listening and advocating for CWEE participants as well as my case management team.
