While acquiring and polishing their skills, CWEE participants utilize the Participant Employment Resource Center (PERC).

PERC activities includes job fairs on site, referrals to local employers who have current openings, group support for job search activities, and selecting an interview outfit from CWEE’s boutique of donated professional clothing.
