In order to acquire and polish their skills, CWEE participants enjoy the services of the Participant Employment Resource Center (PERC).

PERC activities includes seminars, job fairs on site, referrals to local employers who have current openings, group support for job search activities, and selecting an interview outfit from CWEE’s boutique of donated professional clothing.
